The course aims to equip participants with techniques for motivating and guiding team members, and mechanisms for analysing the complexity of organisations.

It takes approximately 10 hours to complete, and consists of four modules and an exam. The Institute for Sustainable Leadership provides a certificate upon completion. It is $550 (plus GST).
