REHVA announces CLIMA 2025 congress

The Federation of European Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Associations (REHVA) has announced the date for its 2025 CLIMA congress. The event will take place at Politecnico Di Milano – Campus Bovisa in Milan, Italy, from June 4–6, 2025.

The triannual event, which was organised by the Dutch association TVVL in 2022, will be held by the Italian AiCARR in 2025. The theme of this Italian edition is “Decarbonised, healthy, and energy-conscious buildings in future climates”, a topic that highlights the fundamental importance of the HVAC&R sector in all its aspects.

The conference will also highlight the following topics:

  • New HVAC&R components and systems
  • HVAC&R’s impact on comfort and health of occupants and operators
  • The environmental impact of new technologies, economic and social consequences
  • Design approaches for minimising HVAC&R’s carbon footprint
  • Options for mitigating the impact of building energy consumption on future climate change
  • New monitoring and control systems.

According to REHVA, CLIMA 2025 will offer professionals, academics, and companies in the HVAC sector a unique opportunity for international discussion about these “hot” subjects.

The keynote speakers at the event include Lidia Morawska, Lieve Helsen, Arsen Melikov, Marjan Minnesma, and Roland Bal. The call for papers is now open via the CLIMA 2025 website.
