National refrigeration and air conditioning wholesaler Airefrig has announced the launch of a new website.
The upgrade to the existing website platform has been a long project undertaken by a team of staff within the company and with the assistance of core suppliers. Airefrig says the goal of the upgrade is to provide customers with an enhanced online experience.
Comprehensive product information is now provided on the website, along with product images and a large range of spare parts from Airefrig’s core suppliers.
“They say a picture paints a thousand words,” says Airefrig, “and a huge part of the preparation for the new site included sourcing and taking photos of our stock range, which we know assists our customers with quick selection and referencing.”
In addition to the visual aids, products have technical information including specifications, dimensions, and additional resources such as technical guides and videos. Capital equipment also shows operating capacities, drawings, and other diagrams.
To assist customers with product selection there is a compare feature built into the website to view similar products and their specifications in one place.
For account customers, access to the Aire-Biz platform has also been upgraded along with the new site. Airefrig is now accepting credit card payments online, bringing the customer login in line with the functionality of other sites.
“We see this as another online tool to create convenience for our customers,” says Airefrig.
Aire-Biz users have access to their own pricing and can view stock levels of products. Full reporting functions are included along with access to Airefrig’s cylinder tracking app and its range of reporting and stocktaking functions.
The online ordering platform for Aire-Biz has also been upgraded within the Aire-Biz platform and customers can see stock levels, pricing, and place orders at any time.
Airefrig is inviting customers to view the news website and subscribe to its newsletter to be kept informed of new product releases, technical training, and special offers.
